Hunter Truck is currently seeking a Parts Sales Manager to join our team at the Pennsville, NJ location. As a family-owned authorized dealer of Peterbilt trucks with a history dating back to 1938, Hunter Truck is committed to providing exceptional trucking solutions and top-notch service to our customers.

Summary

The Parts Sales Manager will oversee the parts department to ensure profitable operations. Responsibilities include managing purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff management, pricing strategies, and more to drive sales and maintain customer satisfaction.

Employment Information

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Location: 454 North Broadway Street, Pennsville, NJ 08070

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University
• 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications
• Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist Certification

Responsibilities

• Forecast and work towards department goals
• Hire, train, motivate, and manage parts department staff
• Develop training plans and yearly department budget
• Analyze sales and inventory to maintain profit targets
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
