At Liberty Healthcare Management, we are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Elizabethtown Healthcare & Rehab Center. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional rehabilitation services tailored to each patient's needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients to create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments.
• Provide in-house therapy services with the support of local management.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Licensed in the state of the SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) where you will be working.
• Previous experience in rehab SNF settings is preferred.
