Project Engineer - Mechanical , New Berlin, WI

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Engineer - Mechanical to join our team in New Berlin, WI. The Project Engineer will be responsible for the mechanical and structural design activities supporting the modification and modernization of electric overhead cranes for Region Americas.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer specifications to determine project scope.
• Perform engineering tasks to create equipment layouts and generate final designs.
• Create detailed drawings and work instructions for field installation.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and budget performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with overhead electric cranes.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Microsoft Office.

Other Details

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team.
• Travel required domestically and internationally (5% estimated).
• Ability to work at heights up to 100 feet off the ground.
