Job Description
Join Liberty Healthcare Management's team as a Registered Nurse (RN) on a Part-Time, Weekend schedule. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to regulations and facility procedures. From administering medications to assisting physicians, your responsibilities will directly impact patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality nursing care following physician's orders and regulations.
- Administer medications as prescribed and per facility policies.
- Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
- Assist physicians during rounds and treatments.
- Perform scheduled treatments, ensuring appropriate documentation and infection control.
- Assist in research related to nursing care quality.
- Support new admissions unit and schedule patient annual physicals.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Hold a valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Provide compassionate and genuine care to geriatric patients.
- Maintain current CPR certification and attend required training.
- Display strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to make critical decisions in patient care.
