Job Description

Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) and make a difference in the lives of patients. As a part-time employee working during the day, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best patient care by supervising the facility and nursing staff, coordinating nursing services, and complying with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Direct, coordinate, and supervise the Nursing Services Department.
• Deal with acute patient episodes and assist nursing staff as needed.
• Address employee issues promptly and maintain documentation.
• Be available for on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school graduate with a Registered Nurse license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Provide quality care to patients with a focus on geriatric nursing.
• Stay updated with CPR certification and attend required trainings and meetings.
• Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff efficiently.
• Prior experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
