REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - YADKIN NURSING CARE CENTER

Job Description

Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Yadkin Nursing Care Center. This part-time position offers night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am, providing you with the opportunity to deliver quality nursing care to patients according to physician's orders, state, and federal regulations, and facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and facility protocols.
• Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
• Assist physicians with rounds and patient care.
• Perform scheduled treatments, maintain infection control measures, and adhere to cleanliness standards.
• Assist with research on nursing care quality.
• Help with admissions, patient scheduling, and annual physicals.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Provide compassionate and quality nursing care to geriatric patients.
• Stay current with CPR certification and attend required training sessions and meetings.
• Supervisory skills to manage nursing assistants effectively.
• Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and patient-centered care approach.
