Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Neuroscience team at Kettering Health Network. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients across different settings, in line with the organization's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process, in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within legal scope.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring the delivery of safe care and participating in improvement activities.
• Reflect the organization's mission, vision, and values in nursing care delivery.

Qualifications

• Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• BSN preferred within 5 years of hire.
• Refresher course for nurses returning to acute care after 5+ years.
• BLS certification, additional certifications as per unit requirements.
