Job Title: Shop Service Technician

Location: Eagleville, TN

Position Summary:

• Work in a safe manner, recognize and correct Service Center hazards, and comply with safety requirements.
• Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance services and repairs for on-road vehicles, small tools, and light/heavy equipment.
• Follow manufacturer's documents and checklists to ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Document service records and be available for emergency calls outside normal business hours.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED and relevant training/experience in automotive maintenance and equipment repair.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Problem-solving and mechanical reasoning skills essential.

Working Conditions:

• Indoors and outdoors work with seasonal temperatures and occasional travel.
• Frequent exposure to loud noise and a forty to fifty-hour work week.

Certifications:

• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA-10 Hour Certification and other relevant certifications desirable.

Physical Demands:

• Lifting, carrying, standing for long periods, climbing, and manual dexterity required.
