Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our compassionate team at LifeBridge Health. As a Social Worker at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling on end-of-life issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
