Job Description

We are currently hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Dining Services at Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living. This role involves overseeing the dining room and café operations, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of service and efficiency in various dining areas.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and develop restaurant, café, and supervisory staff.
  • Ensure food portioning, presentation, and service meet quality standards.
  • Maintain organization and sanitation in dining, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in customer and employee satisfaction programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in dining management and service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality.
  • Ability to manage multiple dining areas and staff.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Valid food service license as per regulations.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
