We are seeking career-minded and highly motivated individuals to join our team as an Automotive Sales Consultant. This role involves assisting customers in selecting products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing product and service quality.
Your Day-to-Day
- Understand vehicles' characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Assist customers in understanding their requirements and matching them to suitable models.
- Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and explain warranty and service requirements.
- Engage with prospects at community activities and overcome objections to close sales.
- Deliver vehicles, providing comprehensive reviews of features to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales events and stay informed about competitors, market conditions, and product developments.
- Update job knowledge through educational opportunities provided by the company/manufacturer.

- Prior automotive sales experience with emphasis on e-commerce preferred.
- Desire to provide high levels of customer service.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
- Valid driver's license with no more than two violations in the past three years.
