Job Description
We are GoldOller Real Estate Investments, looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our fantastic team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintenance operations related to apartment home upkeep and turns.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
- Conduct small appliance, plumbing, electrical, and other repairs in residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policy.
- Other duties as per the job description.
Skills Required
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with great customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- EPA certification.
- Exceptional safety skills.
- Personal tools and vehicle preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and travel within the region.
- Able to lift over 50lbs, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of equipment functions, appliances, and ladders.
