We are looking for a passionate Personal Banker II to join our team at Civista Bank. As a Personal Banker II, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for opening new accounts, processing loan applications, and identifying opportunities to help our customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers daily to provide personalized service and recommend appropriate banking products.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies to safeguard customer and bank interests.
• Deepen product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and drive sales.
• Facilitate consumer lending and new account processes, fostering long-term customer relationships.

• Complete operational tasks accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of teller experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in technology with a willingness to learn new software.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to focus for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Occasional travel may be required.
