We are seeking a Railcar Repair Technician to join our team at CalmHR Inc. As part of First Response Rail Service, Inc., you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing railcars in Boyertown, Pennsylvania.

Job Overview

• Inspecting railcars daily.
• Performing necessary repairs, including welding and fabrication.
• Executing program work based on provided scope.
• Conducting railcar part change outs in the field.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel as required.
• Mechanically inclined with welding experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and walk up to 10 miles a day.
• Time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Continuous learning mindset and reliability for occasional weekend and holiday work.
