Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join Charter Next Generation (CNG) in Bloomer, WI. As part of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production lines, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee assigned production lines with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Maintain good communication and teamwork with supervisors and coworkers.
• Perform electrical and general equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Follow safety requirements, including rotational on-call support and compliance with industry regulations.
• Create drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Requirements

• Associate degree in electromechanical technology or related field.
• 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong organizational skills, troubleshooting abilities, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and a positive attitude towards learning.

Physical Demands

This role involves standing, handling equipment, lifting up to 65 pounds, climbing stairs, and working around hot surfaces. The job requires good vision and hearing abilities.
