Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician 1 to join Charter Next Generation (CNG) in Bloomer, WI. This role involves ensuring the operation and output of production lines, encompassing responsibilities like safety adherence, teamwork, maintenance, repairs, and working with technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and co-workers.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and special projects under the guidance of the Electrical Engineer.
• Proactively ensure the safety and maintenance of electrical systems.

Requirements

• Associate degree in relevant field.
• 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Physical Demands

This role involves physical work on a production floor, such as standing, lifting weights, climbing stairs, and exposure to varying temperatures. Individuals should demonstrate physical fitness and adaptability to challenging environments.
