Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Care Manager to provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, attend to individual care needs, and enhance residents' quality of life through various activities and personalized care plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by maintaining compliance with OSHA requirements and Risk Management programs.
- Participate in life enriching activities and promote a caring and compassionate environment.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
