Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team in delivering the highest quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, provide assistance with daily activities, and create enriching experiences tailored to individual preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and assistance to residents.
  • Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of residents during the shift.
  • Promote a warm and inviting dining experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

  • Dedication to serving seniors with exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or GED; certifications may be required in some states.
  • Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
