Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide exceptional care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily living activities, and promote a vibrant community.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with residents and families
- Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs
- Participate in Individualized Service Plans creation and updates
- Ensure safety, comfort, and well-being of residents
- Support residents in life skills and enrichment activities
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- High School diploma/GED, certifications as required
- Previous experience with seniors preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
