Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in providing the highest quality care and services to our residents in the assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assist with daily living activities, and create a warm and inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and families, providing assistance with daily activities.
• Monitor residents' condition and recommend necessary adjustments in care.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Engage residents in enriching activities and uphold Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and flexibility.
• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications as per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
