Caregiver

Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to a designated group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Notify management of any changes in residents' condition.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Respond to residents' dining needs with hospitality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion to serve seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
• High School diploma/GED (may be required per state regulations).
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in residents' best interest.
