Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide exceptional care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring residents' well-being.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED required, certifications may be necessary.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
