Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team in providing high-quality care and services to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, assist with daily activities, and ensure a comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure their implementation.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and flexibility.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
