Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to a group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure safety and compliance with community regulations.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility in performing various duties.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
