Job Description

We are hiring a Lead Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will lead a group of Care Managers to ensure quality care and services are provided to our residents. The Lead Care Manager plays a vital role in supervising staff, supporting daily living activities, and maintaining a safe environment for residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support and manage team attendance.
• Support team members in delivering personalized care and services to residents.
• Assist with meal service and ensure compliance with Sunrise's policies.
• Participate in onboarding new team members and maintaining a safe environment for all.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Medication Management Certificate required.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
