Clinical Response Coordinator (RN-Paramedic)

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Response Coordinator (RN-Paramedic) at Mid South Transplant. Join us in our mission to facilitate organ and tissue donation to save lives in the Mid-South community. The Clinical Response Coordinator will be responsible for conducting on-site visits to donor hospitals within a 3-hour radius of Memphis, TN. You will assess the suitability of potential organ and tissue donors by evaluating medical records, interacting with hospital teams, and determining medical eligibility for donation.

Working Hours

Full-time position, requiring 12 to 15 days per month with a 24-hour call schedule. Availability for 2 weekends per month and some holidays is necessary.

Qualifications

• RN experience in an ICU setting preferred, or Advanced EMT/Paramedic.
• Degree in a medical or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical or hospital experience.
• Salary range: $60,000 - $74,000 per year based on experience.
