Job Description

The Clumpies & GOOD DOG Catering and Events Team Leader will play a crucial role in event booking, catering delivery, and setup for special events. Leading the operations during events for Clumpies Ice Cream and GOOD DOG, this position requires delivering excellent guest service, leading the Catering and Special Events team, and maintaining relationships with event planners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and uphold organizational values.
• Lead the Catering and Special Events team to meet operational goals.
• Schedule catering outlets and ensure a fully booked schedule during peak season.
• Prepare food to menu specifications and maintain quality standards.
• Assist with the application processes and payment of fees for festivals and major events.
• Maintain relationships with professionals to explore new catering opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health codes, and safety standards.
• Supervise partners, address guest complaints, and oversee daily operations.
• Handle cash, serve guests, and perform cashier duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1-year experience in Food Service/Hospitality preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification and valid driver's license needed.
• Team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and oversee others.
• Proficient in MS Office, computer skills, and ability to learn software.
• Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Physical ability to lift, move up to 30 pounds, and stand regularly.

Compensation

$17.4-17.45 Hourly Wage
