As a Care Manager, you will provide top-quality care and services to residents and their families. This role includes building relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and participating in enriching experiences for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Participate in the development and updates of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
