Responsibilities

• Provide responsive care and effective teaching methods to support healthy development in children of all abilities, cultures, and languages.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities using research-based curriculum to enhance individual learning and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and specialists to ensure services are culturally and developmentally relevant to promote each child's preschool readiness.
• Participate in continuous professional development and maintain compliance with licensing and program standards.

Requirements

• Knowledge of early childhood care and education principles.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with diverse children, families, and partners.
• Flexibility, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma with early childhood experience or a relevant credential; higher education in related fields is preferred.
