Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Full-Time LPN to join our team in Champaign County, Urbana, OH. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing in-home developmental disability services for adults, ensuring their well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine assessments to monitor the health status of individuals.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Treat illnesses and injuries promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians, request and implement medical orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in Admission and Discharge planning processes to support smooth transitions.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN License, Driver's License, Valid Insurance, and HS Diploma/GED.

Benefits
