Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role requires a CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in the State of MA.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
- High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications.
- Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
