We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a positive living environment.
• Support residents in life skills and enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Prior experience with seniors is a plus, along with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent may be required based on state regulations.
