Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and dining needs.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma/GED, certifications may be required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and make sound decisions.
• Prior experience with seniors is preferred.

Available Shifts

Part-time shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
Full-time shift: 2pm-10pm with alternating weekends.
