Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Licensed Lawncare Applicator to join Wise Landscaping's team in Dayton. As a licensed lawncare applicator, you will be responsible for providing fertilization and weed control services to the turf and ornamental landscapes of our commercial clients. This role also serves as a stepping stone to managerial positions within the company, offering growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-quality professional work on all assignments.
- Perform production within budgeted labor hours and material allocations.
- Stock and prepare the truck with necessary products, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Diagnose turf problems and propose solutions.
- Generate leads and communicate enhancements to the Account Manager.
- Maintain pesticide applicator license through continuing education.
- Coordinate equipment care and maintenance with Fleet Services Manager.
- Perform other duties during off-peak seasons like snow events.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Current applicator license.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience.
- Capability to lift 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in working in varying outdoor weather conditions.
- Ability to use job management and fleet management software.
- Strong customer service skills.
