Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Care Manager to ensure quality care services are provided in alignment with residents' individualized Service Plans. This role involves supervisory support, documentation, teamwork, and adherence to Sunrise policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support for Care Managers.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care.
• Document care provided and ensure compliance with policies.
• Participate in meetings and maintain a safe environment.
• Support onboarding and contribute to performance reviews.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Medication Management Certificate required.
• Previous experience working with seniors.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy and good judgment.
