We are seeking a Medication Care Manager to join Sunrise Senior Living, responsible for administering medication and treatments in a safe manner. The role includes reviewing, administering, and documenting medications, maintaining medication rooms, and promoting resident care in alignment with our mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Document medication administration and resident information.
• Communicate resident concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Promote resident safety and independence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; certifications may be necessary based on state laws.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
