The Calais School, a state-approved special education institution, is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing therapy services to students with diverse learning disabilities and disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services as outlined in students' IEPs.
• Maintain and communicate student files and progress effectively.
• Contribute to the enhancement and implementation of the Occupational Therapy program.
• Supervise and monitor contracted occupational therapists.
• Screen students and refer them for necessary therapy services.
• Oversee the Occupational Therapy programs and student progress.
• Act as a resource person and provide workshops for staff development.

Requirements

• Certified as a New Jersey School Occupational Therapist.
