Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) - Overnight

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. In this overnight role, you will be providing compassionate care to our home health patients in the Henderson area, with G-Tube experience required. You have the flexibility to choose your overnight shift from 9 pm - 5 am, 10 pm - 6 am, or 11 pm - 7 am. Join us and create your own schedule with top pay ranging from $34 to $36 per hour and a Sign-On Bonus!

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and revisions of patient-specific assessments and care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
• Collaborate with patient care teams and other medical providers.
• Mentor and educate co-workers and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Effectively communicate with patients' families to provide support and instructions.
• Communicate medical condition updates to Physicians and Clinical Directors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Florida.
• 1 year of RN experience in the last 3 years or completion of NurseCore's Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray in the last 12 months.
• Successful completion of skills assessments.
