Job Description

NurseCore Management Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Pediatric RN with Vent Experience to join our team in Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide specialized home health care to pediatric patients, ranging from infants to 18 years old, ensuring quality care and building lasting relationships with patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing patient-specific assessments and care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
• Collaborate with the patient's care team.
• Mentor and educate colleagues.
• Record and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families and friends.
• Update medical conditions to physicians and clinical directors.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Nevada.
• 1 year of RN experience in the last 3 years or completion of NurseCore's residency program.
• Current CPR certification and negative TB/PPD or Chest X-ray.
• Skills assessment in relevant areas.
