Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate Pediatric RN with Vent Experience to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. In this role, you will provide specialized care to an Infant Pediatric home health patient in the NW Las Vegas/Summerlin area. Day and Night Shifts are available to build a strong relationship with the patient and ensure quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and revisions of patient-specific comprehensive assessments and care plans.
- Provide patient and family education regarding disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with the patient's care teams and other medical providers.
- Mentor and educate co-workers.
- Record and report changes in patients' conditions.
- Communicate updates of medical conditions to Physicians and Clinical Directors.
Qualifications:
- Must have Ventilator Experience.
- Hold a current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in Nevada.
- At least 1 year of recent RN experience in a supervised setting or completion of our Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification and negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
- Successful completion of specific skills assessments.
