Job Description

We are looking for a Personal Banker I - Floating to join Civista Bank, where you will play a key role in maintaining and developing customer relationships. As a Personal Banker I, you will use a consultative approach to offer financial solutions that help customers achieve their goals while providing exceptional service and support to the retail banking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers daily to understand their needs, recommend products, and create an outstanding customer experience.
• Expand knowledge of banking products to assist customers effectively, open accounts, meet cross-sell targets, and address issues promptly.
• Commitment to continuous learning to adapt to new practices and systems for organizational and personal growth.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures on a daily basis, execute transactions accurately, and maintain cash levels as per guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, follow regulations, and uphold bank policies for customer safety and satisfaction.
• Promote and educate customers on technology for banking interactions, including online and mobile banking services.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of teller experience is mandatory.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to new software technologies.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
