Physician Assistant - West Nashville

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Physician Assistant to join our team at Complete Health Partners. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to our Primary & Urgent Care patients, demonstrating clinical competency and utilizing medical principles to manage a diverse set of patients independently. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient health, administering treatments, educating patients, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

This is a full-time position based in our West Nashville office, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. Additionally, you will be rewarded based on your productivity and the level of care you provide, with incentives tied to your patient volume.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and identify abnormal conditions.
• Administer treatments, issue prescriptions, and monitor patient progress.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee Physician Assistant License.
• 1-3 years of experience in Urgent Care, ER, or related settings.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
