Production Worker

Job Description

ATI is seeking a Production Worker to join our Atomizer department in Oakdale, PA. As an integral part of the atomization process, you will play a vital role in creating stronger and more durable materials utilized in aerospace, nuclear, and national defense applications. The position requires mechanical aptitude, accurate measuring skills, and efficient use of hand and power tools to operate the atomizing unit. Successful candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment
• Weigh out raw materials accurately
• Prepare heats efficiently for continuous atomization
• Perform multiple refractory tasks
• Clean, assemble, inspect, and install equipment
• Verify equipment readiness for atomization
• Perform furnace installation tasks

Basic Qualifications

• General HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, Military, or Industrial experience

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical inclination
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
