Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join Mid South Transplant as a Clinical Response Coordinator. Join our mission of facilitating organ and tissue donation to save lives in the Mid-South community. As a CRC, you will perform on-site visits to donor hospitals within a 3-hour radius of Memphis, TN, to assess the suitability of potential donors and communicate essential clinical information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to donor hospitals and evaluate potential organ and tissue donors.
• Interact with hospital and physician teams to determine medical suitability for donation.
• Evaluate clinical data from medical records and bedside assessments.
• Communicate with off-site MSTF staff to coordinate donation processes.

Qualifications

• RN experience in an ICU setting preferred, or Advanced EMT/Paramedic.
• Degree in medical or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical or hospital experience.

Working Hours

Full-Time position with 12 to 15 days per month. 24-hour call shifts, including 2 weekends per month and some holidays.
