Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care

Job Description

We are looking for passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in Ventilator, G Tube, and Tracheostomy care to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. This position is based in Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas, and offers a sign-on bonus as well as flexible scheduling, with options for same-day or weekly pay.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home infusions and quality care to patients with intravenous therapy needs.
• Administer specialty pharmacy infusion therapies and provide patient education.
• Maintain and access various types of catheters and infusion methods.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure proper care planning and clinical decision-making.
• Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific patient care differences and ensure patient safety at all times.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse license with home health experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years medical surgical or critical care/ER experience.
• Minimum of one-year recent infusion experience.
• CPR certification and current PPD required.
