Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team at Enterprise Community Partners. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our financial planning and analysis function. Responsibilities include supporting the Company's financial health and strategy through reporting, modeling, and KPI analysis, as well as continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support financial health and strategy through reporting and analysis.
• Configure and administer the Adaptive Planning software platform.
• Develop annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze and report on KPIs and financial ratios.
• Improve reporting and ad hoc abilities of the FP&A team.
• Continuously analyze and enhance business processes.
• Perform variance analyses, identify trends, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance/Accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA certification a plus.
• Experience with Adaptive or similar planning systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools a plus.
• Experience with Workday Financials or ERP systems a plus.
