We are seeking passionate Sous Chefs to join our team at Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living. Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen production ensuring on-time service of resident meals.
• Direct food preparation with focus on proper handling, safety, and quality.
• Supervise culinary and utility staff, ensuring efficient operations.
• Oversee organization and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-service experience.
• 6+ months of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; culinary program graduate a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English and perform physical tasks in a kitchen environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
