Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Unposted Med Tech to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. The Medication Care Manager plays a crucial role in providing quality care and services by administering medication and treatments, while upholding our core values and mission to enhance the quality of life for seniors.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments with the highest level of care and organization.
- Document medication administration accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with medication schedules and report any concerns promptly.
- Contribute to resident care communications and individualized service planning.
- Promote safety, risk management, and infection control practices.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state/provincial regulations.
- Experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a desire to serve and care for seniors.
