Social Worker
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital. This full-time position offers day shifts from 8:00am - 4:30pm in the SOCIAL WORK-HOSPITAL department.
Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Provides clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to medical procedures and end-of-life matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW); Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW accreditation.
