Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time role based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families. Your responsibilities will include addressing a wide range of common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification needed.
